death_by_motorboat
my take is that many effects are increased and decreased with direct relation to thc and cannabinoid intake levels or fluctuation in use. the degree of ill effects due to paranoia, anxiety, psychosis, hallucinations, motor function, carcinogens, etc. all fluctuate depending on consumption levels and tolerance. over longer periods of time, dosages need to increase to obtain the same high, which means that the most dangerous is recreational use, which always ends up in dependence or in tolerance to the drug. lack of motivation, agoraphobia, nervousness, fear, laziness, sleepiness, headaches, panic attacks, anxiety attacks, are magnified if not 100% caused by the drug in many instances. BUT every maintenance addiction/dependence is tolerated by the user in different yet similar ways. I dont know anything about the medical uses of marijuana, but as an addict since the mid-90's i can surely attest that levels can calm these same illnesses, or at least they can if they are present in an addict (or former addict if legality ever kicks in). paranoia + psychosis + panic attacks + marijuana use (all present in the same patient) actually has benefits... the magnified prevalent abnormal illness helps the patient make deeper distinguishing traits between abnormal and normal symptoms on a beneficial level. bnmjy
The last stuff I smoked was really potent and had me crawled in fetal position on the floor from extreme paranoia. Probably should have just stuck with mids. Oh well. At least the chances of becoming a pothead are currently slim.

That seems like a good enough scientific analysis to me, but I gotta say that (addict or former addict) is pretty uneccesary an addiction is an addiction regardless of legality. Someone could honestly be addicted to donuts, and it could cause a lot of the same symptoms you describe due to sugar intake, and the desire for more so this thing that's suppose to be a smiley indifferent is about how I feel even when an accurate scientific analysis points out the downsides of the drug.
