To clarify, I so badly want to say this all the time, so I'm incredulous about reviews for bad customer service. Any place that I would consider to have good tech support usually has a chat and the peeps get my issue fixed after a few posts or whatever. Focusrite tech support is the bomb.. last time I remember talking to tech support that actually fixed the issue. and I would've been able to fix the issue myself , but the guy I talked to had a driver update that wasn't posted in the tech support page.
