i did a very detailed bad survey on a supervisor once ...it was supposed to be anonymous but he knew it was me and was sooo pissed off he had the whole call center talking abt it. of course i transferred off his team and my new supervisor would check in with me periodically to make sure she wasnt pissing me off. :D

anonymous my ass.

 

basically-he was always too busy chasing dick to take care of his team or answer our questions. and he treated us like children. i questioned if he even knew how to do the job.

Not quite.  In another survey a couple years back, I referred to the department head as "a spoiled, rotten little six year old who found his daddy's pistol".  Senior management didn't renew that head's contract.

It was a group thing.  When more than seventy percent of employees in this department cite unprofessional conduct or other negatives, senior management sometimes takes that seriously.
