fuggnificent Posted November 5, 2017 Share Posted November 5, 2017 i did a very detailed bad survey on a supervisor once ...it was supposed to be anonymous but he knew it was me and was sooo pissed off he had the whole call center talking abt it. of course i transferred off his team and my new supervisor would check in with me periodically to make sure she wasnt pissing me off. anonymous my ass. basically-he was always too busy chasing dick to take care of his team or answer our questions. and he treated us like children. i questioned if he even knew how to do the job. In another survey a couple years back, I referred to the department head as "a spoiled, rotten little six year old who found his daddy's pistol". Senior management didn't renew that head's contract. When more than seventy percent of employees in this department cite unprofessional conduct or other negatives, senior management sometimes takes that seriously.
