Is that the same VA that plays Wholehorse as the pirate leader? This asshole is still around?! And they're doing business with him?

So now there's an Earth Branch, and dissention in the ranks. Has Tekkadan gotten too big for its own britches? Oh hey, it's the sister that was mentioned last season. She actually exists! Why would Orga even let anyone have the surgery? Oh he banned it. That makes sense. Mikazuki has gone psycho again.
