Phonograph... 78's only, it rips up vinyl.

My brother is holding it for me because there's no room in the apartment for it.  He's handling the sale.  I can use the 80 bucks.

Is he keeping it at HIS house where he had you sign for the property but will have you hand directly over to him soon because he's the one paying for it.  Surely you aren't in need of a paltry $80 when you, the master of modern finance, have been prepared for decades for economic distress.  Maybe if you didn't "allegedly" pay your light bill months in advance, you wouldn't need a 2 digit sum of money

I just said I could use the 80 bucks.  That's different from "needing" it.  A couple of decent anime box sets seem more appealing me than the phonograph right now.  Why spend out of my account for them?  The house, I really don't mind him keeping.  As long as he keeps up his payments, it goes better for my credit score and I'm able to deduct the interest charges from my taxes.  That's the arrangement between me and him.  I'm expecting a nice refund next year.

OH, so NOW you remember the house and arrangement that you tried to play off with that whole "I can either afford a house or I live in an apartment.....It can't be both"  In this thread you have admitted to living in an apartment AND that you are in an arragement with your bother that HE'S paying for the house, but got his patsy of a brother to sign his name on the [paperwork.......You probably did it for $80.

Your original argument was that such an arrangement was impossible because nobody would lend to a janitor.  Anyway, "patsy" doesn't quite describe it because this is the third such arrangement.  He hasn't cheated me the first two times.  In fact, when he decides to sell and move again, he'll give me part of the profit to the tune of about $20k.  Not bad for just writing my name on stuff.  Yeah... the real estate business had just barely broke even, but hardly what anybody would call a huge loss.  If he does anything like that again, I'll invest, but under a condition that he keeps the company's bank borrowing minimized.

That was NEVER my argument.....I actually had no argument.  I just posted your shithole apartment and you went and dug up documents that Dan Sempsey was a home owner and he lives in that house so there is no way you can be Dan Sempsy AND live in an apartment......I never mentioned your lending power because a little credit is better than bad credit.

You put your foot in your mouth old man.

You posted a picture of "an" apartment house.

Anyway, I'm getting paid to put my name on paper.  Kinda makes the whole janitor thing a side show.

No bruh, YOU'RE the sideshow here.......Just play dead and I'll go away.

So, with so many houses in and around this state going into foreclosure with banks pushing them out at $20k or $30k, how much trouble will I have buying my own house in a few years, with cash on the table?

Don't know.....Don't care.  I was never worried about your ability to buy a house.....Just that you were lying to cover your ass.  Even through your smokescreen, I can still smell your bullshit

Well duh, Buddy.

Smoke doesn't have a smell. How do you expect that to cover the scent of bullshit?
