It's easy if you're using the curry blocks for the roux. Making your own or using a thousand ingredients, however, is where it gets tricky. I recorded all of Sojiro's secret ingredients, and I have a hard time believing theyre ALL used in his curry. I know grated apple, chocolate, and honey work well from experience, but steak sauce and red wine don't sound they'd work well with any of the sweeter ingredients.
