1938 Packard
They married, had kids and later decided they couldn't stand each other. Way too many personality conflicts, incidents of cheating on both sides, etc. They stayed together and hid their problems from the kids for a very long time because they really thought a divorce would cause all sorts of abandonment issues and such with the kids. I don't get it. All three of those kids are now grown and doing very well professionally, married with kids of their own and by now are very well aware of their parents' difficulties. So, I don't see why the couple stays married on paper while residing in separate houses. Get on with the damned divorce already. I'm sure the "kids" would applaud it. mthor
I haven't shared an address with my husband in 15 years. We live about an hour and a half apart, and we get along better now than we did the last few years that we were under the same roof. This kind of situation is easy to judge from the outside, but if it's working for them...
