PhilosipherStoned Posted June 6, 2017 Posted June 6, 2017 I wonder if maybe.. we were both staring up at the same moon last night.
PhilosipherStoned Posted June 6, 2017 Author Posted June 6, 2017 No they said I might have to wait until late today or even tomorrow before they get to it, and every shop I called gave me a simular or worse answer so..
PhilosipherStoned Posted June 6, 2017 Author Posted June 6, 2017 its ok There is always another Truck-Kun I really don't want to trade it in or get rid of it.. It's the only vehicle I've driven cross country in..slept in.. done other things... I've put a lot of miles on it though.
PhilosipherStoned Posted June 6, 2017 Author Posted June 6, 2017 Never done anything like that in this truck, but I have done some things that would push it's capabilities. Things that make me think.. "I'm surprisd this thing is still running after that I need to go get it looked at inside n out." I was hoping it would hold off until I got alittle bit more money saved up so I would feel comfortable replacing multiple things at once if they find them, but it didn't work out that way. I just need it to run right now.
NaBarney Posted June 6, 2017 Posted June 6, 2017 Did it not ever start back up, or were you just afraid of it stalling again?
PhilosipherStoned Posted June 6, 2017 Author Posted June 6, 2017 It wouldn't even start the next day when I tried it, It went from starting up fine and immediately dying to not starting at all... So it could be the fuel system like the pump or filter.. I still wouldn't be surprised if it was just a sensor since this happened so abruptly without warning. It just seemed like something that would be WAY more easily diagnosed in a shop. I think I ruled out the MAF sensor, but I got tired of playing with it.
