    I just had a thought. Since 17 has infinite energy, could he use the energy transfer move to give energy to others? He could completely replenish people with no cost to himself. Maybe even power up people stronger. Or would that not work since it's inorganic energy or whatever?

    Nowhere as far as I'm aware. But in his tweet he said "before you ask, yes, it's all in black and white." So definitely bragging about it and thinking it is "cool." I can totally see him being involved in the decision or at least it being his idea. Sounds like something goofy he would do. If it's not on him, but the anime producers, or even the author, it's still stupid. If anything, the art and visuals would be look nicer and be more scary in color, and they'll probably just have to make more epilepsy warnings because of the spirals and other stuff being in black and white on the screen messing with people's vision lmao.

    Well that "shonen drivel" is what keeps the block running. But it's still possible to have anchor shows, and some more experimental stuff on the side. Think of Michiko & Hatchin and Megalobox. It's been done. But doing this show and then going as far as to do it in black and white because reasons, and they probably want to put it in a prominent position... it may end up seriously backfiring. And we've all seen how productive their model of airing what they want to see has helped. How much money and airtime has been wasted on Gundam and other Demarco fetishes? Still think it's hilarious they spent the money on Origin just because Demarco is obsessed with Gundam, but then someone with actual business acumen made sure it was death-slotted so it wouldn't fuck up the rest of the block lmao.

    Where was this said that Funimation was responsible and not Adult Swim? All I remember him saying was "we're not editing Fire Force." Does that mean we as in Toonami, Adult Swim, or S&P? If S&P did it he can still say "wasn't us lol" and be referring to S&P and that doesn't mean Funimation did it. But that means nothing anyway because he has claimed they weren't responsible for cutting the post-credits AoT scene and it turned out they were. So it's clear he doesn't exactly run a tight ship as he doesn't even know what's going on there and just assumes it's not on him because no way do they ever fuck up at Adult Swim and Toonami or do stupid shit.     Usually you can tell. Usually they will change something, the color, whatever. Even if they try do it exact you can usually tell something is off. The way Maka looked there it seemed not like an original screen shot. And as I said, if something on DeviantArt isn't a redraw or original art, it shouldn't be there!
