I didn't make any threads because I had to get up early-ish, today. Around 8, since it takes 90 minutes to 2 hours to get to San Antonio from central Texas area, where my garden railroad club is at. For the most part I had a good time, except I got my bell rung, literally! I ran into this locomotive bell they had hanging off the station platform, which I never even noticed before! x_x My head hurts but I think I'm ok. Why does no one think of the tall people when they hang things? And I might have to leave later to get cat food, unless I do that tomorrow. Hopefully while something crappy is on.

Like I said there are levels of fat, but if you get too fat for what's unhealthy for you, you're going to have problems. I certainly can't say I know of too many overweight people that have no issues due to their weight. You can't starve to death after two days. It takes a long time to starve to death.

Hell, there's really fit people that can have major problems going on inside their body... but as a GENERAL RULE... not good to be fat.
