    Well even with the manga ongoing, I can't imagine Toto's fate should be stretched out too long. Well, Karura is immortal, but the person he is with wouldn't be. I'm just not sure it was ever directly addressed after Yukio and the people he was with left that area. But mainly Toto is so annoying and lame, I can't see him being a recurring villain that goes on and on. And shouldn't be the main villain, since that should ultimately be Satan.
