Well at least now the thing fans were saying when the series first came out came true. The whole "no one is safe and anyone can die at any time." Sesshomaru is a deadbeat dad. Or I guess he has been in the Sacred Tree the whole time so that Rin doesn't go into a permanent sleep. I guess Rin is screwed now since Sesshomaru had to leave the tree to protect the girls from Kirinmaru. I don't know that Rin should have been prioritized over Setsuna though. So, Setsuna has only lost her memories from before the fire. How many people can remember much from age 0-4 anyway, though? Letters being sent. Probably from Jaken?Wow, Setsuna has been training since 4 years old. Cut the wind. Cut the water. Hmm. So Shiori loses her powers during a solar eclipse. Why is Miroku here by himself and didn't bring anyone but Hachi along? So that naginata came from this Gaga Gozen guy. Looks like he is a moth demon. Man that dude got sliced UP. So this is when the seal got put on, and it is tied to the naginata. I didn't expect that. So this means the theory that Setsuna went into a rage in her demon form and killed Miroku's daughter and wasn't able to stop her isn't true. Although I suppose she could have been killed by some random demon that Miroku wasn't able to stop. Although that memorial may not be for one of the twin girls. Who knows who it is for. That is just a plain human weapon. I wasn't expecting that. It's interesting that none of girls' weapons are family heirlooms or specially made for them. Towa's is a broken reproduction sword (I think Towa wouldn't even need this broken sword to create her energy sword,) and Moroha's sword came from Yawaragi. So now we have Setsuna's entire history. But we still weren't told what the scourge of swallows attack is or how it works. *sigh* Next week, Towa has lost her powers again, and Riku is on a "date" with her? Stay away from him, Towa! Why would the rainbow pearls have been born when the Great Dog Demon died? There was no new dub ep this week. I wonder if it got delayed because of the power outages in Texas. I am glad they are over myself. Probably some of the most unpleasant few days in my life. I looked and could not find any statement from Funimation about it.

Damn, I didn't notice these replies until now. The only reason it got delayed was due to the director of photography having mental health issues. It wasn't meant to be split. Lul I bet a lot of people didn't realize SAO was that long, did they? Reki is just an author. A mystery person going by "abec" does the art. But yes, I prefer the anime designs and art style. I would have never predicted that Alice would have a realistic android body, since I thought the two robots on the Ocean Turtle were the peak of this world's technology. I predicted maybe something like a "suit" and then inside the helmet is a hologram of Alice's head. It would fit with the tech we have seen so far and still preserve some of Alice's cuteness. I guess they didn't give those robots humanoid bodies because it wasn't deemed necessary? So that means the only technical limitations for androids was AI and being able to stand up and walk properly? And man, reading that review, a lot is really left out of the anime! I should read the books sometime. It's good to have it confirmed those girls in the spaceships are indeed the descendants of Tiese and Ronie. And it's pretty cool they're called "dragoncraft."

We've also heard Demarco say a show doesn't have to end (or go on hiatus, in this case) to add other shows. Of course I don't think Food Wars is a big enough deal (if that's a requirement,) to add a slot anyway. Oh, you were talking about Mob here. It sure would be nice to know what the issue is. If you think there is some sort of 2 year limit to it then I guess we might find out soon if that is correct.

It sucked losing power and heat for many hours at a time, for several days (late Sunday through Wednesday afternoon for me,) and I'm sure it affected some dubs too. I noticed there was no new dub for Yashahime this week. Hopefully they will not be too far behind though. I hope the offices weren't damaged by the storm. At any rate, I looked and can't find any statement from Funimation about the storm and outages on their website, Twitter, or Google search. I didn't think you were from Texas. I never knew Sentai was in Texas too. This puts the last nail in the coffin. I had argued with some goofs on Twitter that said since Viz never announced they weren't working with Vic anymore, he might still work for them, and could possibly appear in Demon Slayer (LOL.) (This of course ignores the fact that any studio could simply choose not to use Vic anymore, without making any public announcement. A smart move, actually, since it avoids them getting harassed by Vic's fans.) Well, that never happened, and now his last-voiced character has been recast. As we all know he also got blown the fuck out in his lawsuit. It's OVER. I also noticed, thanks to YouTube's lovely recommendations, that some of the terrible people on YouTube that were milking Vic for views are stanning for Gina Carano now. *SIGH* I had those channels set as not interested so I wouldn't see their videos come up, but I guess somehow me watching Star Wars videos (and like, 3, about her firing,) caused these fucktards' videos to resurface.

I don't understand why they went all happy-go-lucky when they acted so psycho before. I assumed they were going to be arrested and thrown in jail and we'd never see them again. It seems like the author abruptly changed his mind. I never saw either series because I had stopped watching Nickelodeon a good while before they premiered. I was thinking of watching both series some day, but I may not if some of the results end up like that haha. I don't understand why Demarco is switching the shows out like this. There is nothing stopping him from finishing Assassination Classroom so why stop airing it? Bring back Food Wars when this show or another show properly ends. Or don't. I wouldn't miss Food Wars if it never returned lol. I'm not particularly invested in Assassination Classroom either, but still, it's the principle of the thing.
