    Once had fingers and toes. Between this and Koro-sensei saying he is an Earthling born and raised, and that short scene at a lab, this is more evidence that he used to be human and was turned into this through some sort of crazy experiment. So he probably isn't an alien, then. Which makes even less sense why he would want to blow up the Earth.

    I thought that was Johnny Yong Bosch at first but it's clearly Newton Pittman, Gray from Fairy Tail. He was great as Twice, especially in that one episode where we learn his back story. This guy really deserves more roles!

    Ok so I can't tell if this is a flash back or some random mind fuck ability that is affecting Mista and put him in some sort of world of his own. Did Diovolo mention before he was calling for reinforcements? Would be odd though if they have to fight some random guy after beating the main villain.
