    I saw some of this show when it aired before. It's eh to me. This will mostly be background noise until the DC movie starts. This is also giving vibes of that jail show, don't know if it's by the same creators.

    Also just FYI, it was the villains (mostly Shiguraki and Gigantomachia) that caused all that destruction.

    So Dabi lost some of his body parts and that's why he looks so fucked up. I guess his jawbone and other body parts were replaced, maybe by that evil doctor. So since his jawbone was found it was assumed he was dead.
