Maybe most of the block is faltering because most of the shows suck. With JoJo gone the only good shows on are Jack and Dragonball.

Why is that so rare? I see. Like I said, though, I don't care for Twitter. It's disorganized, has a shitty user interface and layout, chaotic, impermanent. I can already watch the episodes on the Funimation streaming service so I'll just do that.

If that is the case that's pretty annoying. Thought it was Toei just being cheap. Yeah I want to keep calling him Hercule too, haha. Yeah Goku could be clueless but I'm not sure he was ever this dumb. It's sort of like how sitcom characters become more and more exaggerated the longer the show goes on until they basically become parodies of themselves, which is what it feels like with Goku. Well yeah Goku could be a bit of a jerk and put fights above serious concerns, like sparing Vegeta and Frieza, but back in Dragonball he seemed a lot more altruistic. If someone was in trouble and he was around he'd usually help them. The Indian boy brings that to mind. Maybe Goku just became an asshole after he grew up. The bullets thing was likely a cartoon gag in that part, but later on they're able to dodge or catch bullets, so yeah. The farming thing is stupid because he could make money fighting in tournaments and tons of other things, like you said. Chichi said she saved most of the money. I don't believe she went through the rest and probably just said that so Goku would shape up and actually work. From what I understand, when Chichi said Ox King lost his treasures, I took to mean it was recent, which is why the family was now having money issues. I think she made that up as well, again, just to get Goku to not be such a deadbeat. It's more about the principle for Chichi, than the money. She wants Goku to be a better father and husband, and that's heightened now that Gohan and Videl have a baby on the way. She said she wanted Goku to start setting a better example.

That and most people probably assume a show or whatever it might be has a social media presence and without even being told will look them up on various platforms if they're interested enough. I know that's been the case for me.

I don't like a lot of the designs in Super as much. Everyone looks scrawny. Mr. Satan, especially. Don't know what the hell happened to him. I dunno', I just generally prefer the art style, character designs, and art of the original over Super. Super, it's all low detail and the colors are too vivid. I think the lines are thicker, too. Just... eh.

Since it sounds like the whole idea of getting together to watch the show fell through, I suppose I'll just watch it on my own. Not sure when I'll get around to it, though. Got lots of other stuff to watch, play, read, etc. See, that's what was good about One Piece being on Toonami. I was forced to make time for it. With everything else I'm following right now, it's hard for me to set aside time to watch it, plus I'm still kind of demoralized about it getting canceled. It feels like part of Toonami's soul and heart is gone without One Piece on.

Do they even do anything with the Tumblr anymore besides post gifs? It's not like they promote it anymore, either. I think we still see hashtags on air, which would be a nod to Twitter. They really don't seem to tell people to go to the site or their social media places anymore. Maybe they think people will do it without being told, but... I dunno. By the way, why did Jason deactivate his ask.fm account? I finally looked at it after the months of that BS that was going on in my life and found it in that state. People actually listen to that retard? Never understood why or how he got views. If the show has enough of a following I'm sure they'd request for it to be on Toonami. Though I guess it depends on how much of an overlap between the fan bases there are and if Re:Zero's cares if it gets on Toonami.

Well like I said it's just something I heard. Given the source I wouldn't be surprised if that weren't the case. I suppose it's the general demand they get from various places where Toonami has a presence, like Sketchor said. It used to be the Tumblr, but I'm not sure if they even do anything with that anymore. They kinda' stopped doing the Q&As after a while. Maybe they thought there was no point after they started Pre-Flight.

I believe Naruto was named after the character from Jiraiya's book, so either Jiraiya somehow predicted what Naruto would look like, or Naruto imagined the character looking like himself because he had the same name. I don't know if the book has any illustrations. I don't think the dad had that VA the last time he showed up, and I'm not sure he ever had his hair like Naruto's, either.

Wow, this arc is progressing frighteningly fast for this show. Naruto is already getting the nack of his training, and Pain is already making his move. The character looks just like Naruto, or maybe that's how Naruto imagines he looks. Either way, no way Naruto would ever have such a badass voice when he grew up! That was so silly hearing that kind of voice of coming out of Naruto! Besides, his voice should've already changed by now anyway, so it's not going to get any deeper, I don't think. I hope "HIS PARENTS DIED" isn't some sort of excuse for Orochimaru becoming batshit insane evil. Kishimoto... Jiraiya... T__T Sasuke blundered. LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL. >
