The main difference between Black Clover and Toriko is that when it was done to Toriko, Toei pretty much took out everything entertaining from the manga it was adapted from. It might have succeeded otherwise. In the case of Black Clover, they're straight up adapting every aspect of the manga and it's still tanking.

I'll try and simplify this. Every time Knuckle hits Gon, he gives him a little bit of aura (the initial starting number shown on that little puffball). That number grows every 10 seconds. Gon has to hit Knuckle with an equal amount of aura in order to pay it back. If he doesn't, the aura interest (the number that grows every 10 seconds) will grow beyond his maximum aura and he'll lose the ability to use nen for awhile.

Hey, today's episode was actually pretty good.

Watching this episode again, I have determined that the spectators in the show watching Joseph and Avdol's antics are being played by everyone on the boards. The angry old lady will subsequently be played by mochi.

Chapter 104 Jean is either too soft, or the steam from the Cartman titan threw his aim off, either way, she survives. Meanwhile, Armin emerges from the Colossal Titan and is accompanied by an airship commandeered by Hanji and piloted by like the second or third black guy ever spotted in this series. As for Eren, he and the Jaw Titan are still fighting and in a brilliant stroke, Eren uses his opponent's specialty against the Warhammer, shattering her crystal protection and letting the pieces fall into his mouth. Desperate to stop Eren, the Marley soldiers call out to Reiner who's still in his little 'kill me' funk, but eventually comes around and emerges with a little different design and a more human head only to be sucker punched by Eren. The airship then arrives and the invaders begin their escape plan.
