I know. The problem is going to open mics is a huge part of my writing process. Idk why but getting on stage helps my writing significantly. I have been writing since this started as I always write regardless. But I know most of what I'm writing is gonna be rough when I finally perform it. That's ok tho. Writing helps me imagine everything is normal.

Yeah I've been thinking about that. But nothing replaces that high you get from a show. I'm having dreams of being on stage damn near every night man. It's killing me. I just can't believe how quick it got taken away. Anything can happen. But you're right. I gotta focus my energy where I can.

Honestly man. I love stand up comedy and in an instant it's been taken away from me. I've also lost so much money from all my shows being canceled and I can't even go to the damn gym. This is like being in jail. Not to mention the constant threat of catching an illness with no cure or treatment. Fuck man this is a nightmare. Idk why I even made this thread. Already got my associates so I have something, but I'm gonna get an actual good job, stop being poor, and make it easier to pursue my dreams. I promise this is the last blog for a while
