Yeah, I've actually got the same issue with Uramichi. The eyecatches splitting up the segments are so frequent, it's hard to tell which one's supposed to be the act break. For some of the ones listed this this time (on account of continuing schedule slippage), the act break was a little more obvious. For episode 4, one of the eyecatches spelled out "CM" meaning "commercial movie", the Japanese phrase for TV advertisements, but I ignored it and cut it at a much later point. (Pay close enough attention to the clip and you can hear the faintest ending of the music from the previous scene!) But for episode 5, I chose to cut it a little early but instead went back on that decision and cut it where the act break was supposed to be, since I noticed the scene ended with all sound cutting out for the last second.
