Yeah, I've actually got the same issue with Uramichi. The eyecatches splitting up the segments are so frequent, it's hard to tell which one's supposed to be the act break. For some of the ones listed this this time (on account of continuing schedule slippage), the act break was a little more obvious. For episode 4, one of the eyecatches spelled out "CM" meaning "commercial movie", the Japanese phrase for TV advertisements, but I ignored it and cut it at a much later point. (Pay close enough attention to the clip and you can hear the faintest ending of the music from the previous scene!) But for episode 5, I chose to cut it a little early but instead went back on that decision and cut it where the act break was supposed to be, since I noticed the scene ended with all sound cutting out for the last second. Besides, those dub lines the weebs are claiming are "proof" that FUNimation is a horrible localizer are just one- or two-time instances in series that altogether make up less than 1% of their total catalog, and on top of that aren't popular enough to actually make a convincing argument in their favor.

I may say this as one of the few people who actually liked Dimension W, but I believe the main reason Toonami got it was not because Demarco liked it too, but because FUNimation wanted to make back as much money on it as they could, being a key player on the production committee and everything. Ditto for Fire Force.

You'd think the industry would learn a thing or two about pacing shonen remakes after the lethal whiplash-inducer that was Hakyu Hoshin Engi...

It pays to listen to both stances on a certain subject in order to develop an informed opinion, even if one or both of those sides sound way too propaganda-ey to be taken seriously. Speaking of the certain subject in question, here's a video that acknowledges, explains, but doesn't excuse some of FUNimation's "politically charged rewrites".

Not to mention Netflix, who's crediting straight-up Western animation as anime.
