This one jumped a tooth and valves hit pistons.. ripped the lifter bolts out of the cam carrier..if you look at the top row on the following pic you will see cracks where the bolts have ripped out of there threads http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah290/vodkajellyshot/019%202_zpsfobggz1h.jpg
