This is a really good dub. The actors did the original Japanese justice. I can always tell if it's authentic sounding based on how they handle inflections in various situations.
I think this was the first time I really saw that Ochaco was not going to be one of those useless love crush girls. She actually has her own personality and ability to strategize separate from Deku (which is arguably part of why he likes her).
That is really sad. The Openings in this anime are all of epic quality. They do a really good job of hyping the audience imo, something that alot of animes fail at these days.
Ah yeah this is the tact on ending of Z that everyone hated and also is retconed by super since this logically takes place after it... They really managed to fuck the DB timeline multiple instances.
Goku is like that stereotypical unreliable father from movies and tv shows that tells his son "hey I promise I'll be at your next baseball game" and then fucks it up again. Rinse wash repeat for all time.
That was "I can't hold it anymore" in the original. The way they ended that made it seem like he was just annoyed... the whole point of the joke was they took so damn long he was forced to go back.
I hate Whis' english voice. He sounds so much more fabulous and flamboyant in the original. In the dub he sounds like he's permanently on pain killers.
