I think this was dubbed when that was already well-known and after he was outed. So we have a Wacky Races parody, and now a Speed Racer parody.

Finally! An anime that makes about as much sense as the world right now! Let's do this!

All this robot thing was TOTALLY lost on me. Now I understand it's more like an early prototype of the Terminator thing Hidomi transforms into to attack Haruko.

So far eps 1 and 2 are pretty straight-forward. It's when we near the ending when all concepts get TOTALLY lost on me.

I'm saying NYAV only run by Michael and Sheh. Anyone else acting on their shows and movies are never there full-time.

Well no. Only Michael is really the 4Kids alum from there and he's heading it alongside Sheh, who only worked in 4Kids shows sparingly. NAOTA'S ACTOR! Hilarious performance!

I won't forget! "The woman on the veh!" So I am convinced we have a masochist as a main character. I didn't think it was like that upon the first viewing even though I saw everything. I just chalked it up to how this show is crazy for the sake of being crazy.

K let's see if a rewatch will make me understand more of this show.
