I suspect that will bring more problems that good ones. There will be more low-quality, pandering fanservice anime just to get more of their bottom line and fill the disposable airtime with, and more chances animators will be horribly treated financially and mentally. The average new animator in Japan quits after 3 years because it's a horrible way to live there.
