I'm being serious we got an oil rig and a mine around here. even an entry lvl job there is at least 23 dollars an hour. you can't really pay minimum wage here unless you're only hiring high school teens

also around here minimum wage don't really fly they got to compete with the mines and oil rigs for working stiffs. so even shit jobs pay 10 an hour most of the time
