  1. there's also the shore, but that's also it's own thing depending on where you're going
  2. North Jersey you have access to mountains, South Jersey is forests, Central is Six Flags. it's also a cultural difference as well. South jersey identifies more usually with Philly, North with NY,. Central you can go either way and I've seen both
  3. I MOVED AWAY FROM THIS, STAAAAAHP
  4. that south jersey education shining through again
  5. and both of those choices are wrong
  6. i was somewhat near Howell
  7. that's way south of where i was
  8. Central. not NY trash and not Philly trash. but the good ol land of no one believes we exist
  9. feel like redoing your floor? stick your dick in the grout
  10. from the land of where some people say pork roll, some say Taylor Ham, and some are heathens and get the wrong kind of bagel. EVERYTHING OR CINNAMON RAISIN, ANYTHING ELSE IS WRONG
  11. good thing i'm not from North Jersey

  13. it's great, you can put your dick on everything. feel like slapping drywall? go right for it
  14. oh yeah it's a renter state don't get me wrong. though i always used to get back money on my taxes there but here i don't so go figure.
  15. people in Florida won't be able to hear you brag about being a janitor because they'll turn their hearing aids off
  16. nah, North and Central Jersey are fine. there's a lot of stuff to do there besides getting shot in Camden
  17. i think New York also comes out ahead because of the city but yeah. i would have never owned property there
  18. as someone who lived in NJ he's wrong about that too. Atlantic city is a dumphole. he's going to get rekt by taxes
  19. i'd have to sell the house but i did do the "fuck it i'm out" once before
  20. spare a ramen noodle?
  21. it's not affluence that matters to me, it's being near a place that's growing and has jobs in my field. my old state was dying, people were moving out because it was too expensive but there used to be tons of jobs in the field i work in. also property tax is super cheap down here
  22. nah i'll explain my dumb reasons if i have to
  23. i'm not exactly sure if a suburb in a southern coastal state can exactly be considered extravagant but i'd rather be somewhere where companies want to move to. i can't name any tech companies that want to move to the midwest, unless you can
  24. i know the midwest is dirt cheap but idk if i'd really want to live like that.
