You're probably right. I just don't even know where the freeze was. My kitchen sink went first then the bathroom sink and bathtub, but none of the pipes I have access to where bulged or seemed frozen of course so it either happened from the outside in blocking water supply or pipes I don't have access to froze. I really don't know shit about home maintenence though, and I don't need another hard lesson a week before the end of the year. I'm going to figure this shit out one way or another though.

I've been scared to take a hot shower but I want one so bad. None of my faucets had running water since thursday night, but the only exposed pipes are the main water supply and the front/backyard faucets to my knowledge. Todays temps really werent bad and about normal though. I think it just dropped below 30. Yeah It's 29 outside right now.. How bold do you think I'd be to take a hot shower?

My water is back as well. Tonight is the final night of below freezing temps for at least a week, but I live near the boundary of whats considered west Texas Just inside the high plains. Dealing with 120 degree highs and almost year long droughts are supposed to be our thing not fucking artic scale blizzards and subzero temps. We're not out of the woods when it comes to another crazy ass blizzard either. The one I'm thinking about that hit in like 2016? It was in February.

I got water pressure back just now but I'm going to take it slow especially with the hot water. I have a good amount of hours to work with before temps go under freezing this evening.

The biggest scare I've had is when most of the upper management was quarantined with it when I worked at Autozone. I think some of them caught it twice during th height of the pandemic. It definitely sucks. Stay home and follow the advice given from medical staff. I havent dealt with it first hand but I've met plenty of people that have made it seem fairly easy to get through when managed correctly.

I always do that. Didn't help me this time with single digit temps dipping below 0 with the wind chill.The earlier plumbing work I had done probably wasn;t insulated enough either. I have to work tomorrow so I'm going to have to call some handyman friends and I'm going to try to have a family member that isnt doing anything else productive sit at the house as temps finally make it above freezing here for a little bit. I'm pretty sure my main water supply pipe is frozen and that's it but idk... The main reason for the 'let your faucets drip psa even though it does help prevent freezing is for pressure reasons as this guy demonstrates below. When the ice blockage forms pressure builds so even if you don't have running water leaving your faucets open will let that built up pressure escape. Forget not having water until the pipes are unfrozen because it's the least of your worries if you keep your faucets closed and allow that pressure to build up. It's nerve wracking either way. won't know if a pipe cracked or burst until the shit thaws or you thaw it manually. The longer your pipes are frozen the worse off they are as well. 😪

Guess I'm waiting for myself to adjust to the polar vortex or whatever to get out of here. It went from people saying 'oh this weather is cold why is anyone even outside' and me not even being able to keep a jacket on half the time to my kitchen sink pipes being frozen and me wanting to fondle this witches metaphorical titties.. I know Bud don't even.. Somehow I watched that full episode again just posting it, and I must say, it was still a pretty banger of a premeire..

I mean I'm not going to do the math either, just know I've grown pretty good at skipping through, and ditching repititive content in an anime episode at this point, not to mention skipping the 3 to 5 obligitory filler episodes between the introduction and climax of what ever the stoy conflict of season is... So each episode is only about 5 to 10 minutes of real screenplay anyway. Black clover stuck to this structure so hard if it wasn't for the actual story/screenplay it would've been a definite pass for me altogether.

We? This achievment has got to be as costly as the periodic table war itself, and just reminds me of The Man Who Fell To Earth. I really enjoyed the prime video spin off though. Context: This video goes through the history of nuclear fusion study, and scientists racing each other to create the newest most stable element. It IS long as fuck but does a bang up good job explaining nuclear physics for dummies.. and it's history, and what it means at a geopolitical scale. This prime video series remake of the 1963 novel, and 1976 movie was dope. Damn I saw this targeted facebook ad while I was scrolling my personal phone a day or two ago as well.. Black Clover delivering holiday delays or some shit... Now that I'm all caught up guess I can't expect new episodes for a while...Fun Journey though I guess.. Lol I mean...😆 I just skipped through pretty much every opening/ending anime song and some WHOLE ass fucking episodes where one character's just reminiscing over shit that's already been revealed...Like an entire episode of the anime that is ENTIRELY retroflective..sigh.. Not to mention the love interest beach episode filler bs; they do that too.. I guess that's anime in nutshell anyway though right? We gotta stay tuned to find out what happens on the next DBZ episode NO MATTER WHAT anway right? SMH.

I've binged some manga as well, but usually only with the absense of an animated series. There's always plenty of nerds around to re if the anime strays too far after all..
