I have to say, for all the bitching I've read online about Season 7, I have really loved the first two episodes, and in fact think they are possibly the best episodes of the series so far.

He's another one of those super talented dudes that's also an incredibly nice guy. I love when that happens.

some stuff is added as you rank. that's one of those things I think. So new users won't be able to edit their posts until they rank up a bit. but it doesn't take too long.

I added the FanFic thing becuzza Sponges. But I haven't had time to check it out. the buttons are hit and miss based on if they're mods or not. The mods didn't quite materialize fully in the theme. They still all work, but just the buttons look screwy (the ones you mentioned, also the Spoiler and Dice Roll buttons in the post composer). Not sure why, but if you click "next/Previous" it takes you to the bottom of the page, but if you click the page number links on the other side it takes you to the top. so I would say try - instead of clicking "next" instead look over to the lower left and click the page number instead and I think it'll start you at the top of the page instead of at the bottom. We've had requests for a colorwheel in the post composer (something to let people customize font color) there may be a mod for that we can hook up. Worst case scenario we may be able to enable limited HTML in posts, which I think would allow them to mess with their text color. so we got a couple possible solutions to that possibly.

FB is a different kind of site though with a different structure than message boards.

not sure, you'd have to try it. From what I understand it blocks the user from sending PMs to you and also blocks you from seeing their posts. I honestly don't think there's a particularly adequate ignore feature anywhere on the web. But most of them seem at the very least to be functional on their most basic level. I suspect the ignore function for SMF is no different. Also I accidentally hit "modify" instead of "quote" so I thought I was quoting and answering your post and I was actually editing my reply into your post. so had to undo all that, which is why there's an edit tag in your post now.
