no you can't really get banned for that unless you spam it to the point where it feels like an attempt to interfere w/board. but to save some mods some trouble, we prefer pics that you think might arouse ire to be posted inside a spoiler box w/ a small content warning. Like "content warning" or "explicit content" or something. That way people can't stumble upon them randomly, and they have to actively click through the content warning to view it, so - you know, if they do that - then it's kinda on them. That's the basic content moderation guideline. Is if we get a complaint, mod goes and puts the objectionable content in a spoiler box with a content warning. If you do that as you post it, then so much the better. but - it should also be topical. I mean - if it looks like random spam or something, I suppose we might shut that down.

Ezekiel is intentionally trying to infect the pigs he gives to the Saviors in hopes that it will make them sick. I reallllly hope Daryl just doesn't break. Though not sure how that would play out story-wise. I love that character's stubbornness/resolve. And I think at the forefront of his mind is Glen's death atm. He obviously blames himself, but ultimately, he wants to get payback on Negan. I think that's one of the instincts currently driving him. Basically a combination of defiance, regret/self blame and basically on some level feeling that he deserves what he's getting for what happened to Glenn and also Denise, a need to escape, and plain old fashioned revenge.

yeah when I saw the premiere I was just like "wow take that doubters and haters" but then the reviews and comments I read were like they didn't even watch the episode and were still butthurt over the cliffhanger/character death stuff. But I am actually very pleasantly surprised by how tight and focused this season is. I keep expecting it to roll downhill again, but the first two episodes were amazing. And I was kinda like "well they are Nicotero episodes, so that's to be expected". So was expecting episode 3 to begin the roll back down the hill then, and that was also fucking amazing. I'm really into this - cinematic, yet very character-focused direction this season is going in. Dwight could have been such a throwaway as characters go, I mean, he's Negan's henchman (very prominently), stole Daryl's stuff, and killed Denise. So - soooo many strikes against him. It would have been so easy to make him into a 2-dimensional villain. But it's just incredible to me that they would even attempt to delve into that character, much less succeed in showing the character in such a flatly human context, without skimping on the things that make us potentially beautiful. Just an amazingly well crafted character and episode. You see that he's a shit. You kind of glimpse how he got there. And you see the cracks. You see the cracks and flaws, and you see the glimmers of hope and the tiny bits of light trying to shine through. A really fantastic little character study episode, and Daryl's stuff was also fantastic. This Daryl/Dwight/Negan triangle is a very powerful story dynamic. And when you toss Dwight's wife into the mix, it just kicks it up even more. I've been one of those that is often disappointed with the show for not quite getting there. But these so far with Season 7, these first three episodes I think are as good as the show can and should be.

wow that's weird. People don't usually like Voyager much. Or they say it's like their least favorite. but while I enjoyed the original series (and honestly, you just can't beat it for solid fun, social commentary, intrigue, Sci Fi and action all blended together) Voyager was the series that I really latched onto of all of them. As the seasons went on, my interest kind of wandered, but it definitely started with a bang. I used to rewatch those first few seasons a lot. I've still actually never seen TNG. Or - I'm sure I've seen an episode at some point maybe? but I don't much remember it. And never watched the series. Also never watched the last one. Enterprise. Basically just used to watch DS9 in syndication, and Voyager a lot when it first aired. And then seen the Original Series like a bjillion times.

Buu is Helper Elf. If you need help with something, ask him and he might do it if you give him a snacky food. Mix is Mixologist. So he will be looking for ways to make you have moar fun (or else). They will also possibly be newsposting in the media folders and whatever else. acting as Human Shields for admins when board server goes slow. stuff like that. sooo WELCOME NEW VOLUNTEERS! you're converted. The Halloween ranks got left on the old board. Only the regular ranks are left. but will be setting up a whole new batch of fall/winter/holiday ranks soon.

there really aren't any for sig size atm. once the server is squared away, if things still lag due to sigs or something, we may revisit that. or if somebody makes a sig that we get lots of complaints about or something along those lines. ATM though there's no need for a ton of guidelines so we don't have any rly. Beyond what's in the normal old board guidelines.

I still haven't watched it because internet. but will try to watch it tonight sometime.

we are trying to get it fixed up quickly as we can, we got a thing we're gonna try to do. If that works, we may be good within the next few days or so? If not, it might be a few weeks. I will keep people updated though whichever way it goes.

we had to go. we were set up to move before the ASMB tanked. But then we put it off because of the influx, but the longer we waited, the more people posting, the greater the chances of the board getting deleted by Proboards and also the more data that would have to be left behind. So we had to get going and get it on. soooo - that's what we done.
