Soul Eater Not 1 - 8 Heh, I'm actually liking this a lot more than I did the main show. I thought this was gonna be like a total spin off, but it's actually a direct prequel, just with a focus on a different set of characters I see now.

Soul Eater 34 - 51 That was pretty disappointing. First half was enjoyable enough, but after that everything felt really pointless, and the fights (what few there were) were kinda boring. Show really could of used some better villains I think. Medusa was the only one that was any good, and they kinda ruined her. Wasn't a bad show I guess, but just felt like it had a lot of wasted potential given how many cool and interesting characters it had going for it.

I bought a few a long time ago for series where the anime were unfinished, but by the time I finished collecting them I kind of lost my immediate interst in reading them, and still haven't gotten around to doing. Sigh. That's pretty much why I stopped buying manga and stuck to collecting anime. I thought for sure when I started picking up Fruits Basket there was no way the anime would ever be completed someday before I got around to reading it, heh. So much for that idea.

Soul Eater 1 - 9 Been a long time since I watched this, but think this is about as far as I got before when I saw some of it.

Phantom Requiem for the Phantom 19 - 26 Wow, so they were almost unwaveringly faithful to the main game route story up until, literally, the very last minute, when for whatever reason they decided to go and take a giant shat on it. WTF! Seriously, that made no sense. I'm just so damn glad I took the time to play through the game before watching this now, cuz if I had seen that ending first. Ugh.

Phantom Requiem for the Phantom 13 - 18 Well, Claudia certainly got a different end than any she got in the game. Other than that though, pretty much exactly the same still.

I've yet to subscribe to a single streaming service. The idea of paying for anything atop of my cable bill is just... no. Dumping cable just to have to subscribe to a bunch of different services is also a no for me. It is frustrating though, as a lot of shows I'd like to see are exclusively on some of the streaming services, but I figure if they're any good they'll get a home video release, and I'll eventually be able to check them out from my library for free. There's just so much stuff that's available for free that I could pick up from there anytime, there's really no reason that I see to pay extra just to watch something right away.

Hmm, maybe a waflotuse. That or one of a dozen other things from Toriko. That show is the king of fictional foods. Mushroom pudding anyone?

What would be the point in invading a worthless little mudball like this? The only reason aliens would come here is if they were seriously bored out of their minds and just wanted to screw around with people for fun. Trust me, Afghanistan ain't gonna save you if that ends up being the case, so best pray none of them ever happen by.

Phantom Requiem for the Phantom 8 - 12 So far, this is following the game pretty closely. Makes for a pretty weird experience for me. Guess this is how people who watch a show after already having read the manga for it must feel.

Been a while. Finally getting back to my backlog as I'm running out of other stuff to watch. Phantom OVA Phantom Requiem for the Phantom 1 - 7

Finished Picard season 1. It was okay. Production-wise, I thought it was great. Especially loved seeing the characters from past shows once more, and the acting was top-notch, but I was disappointed that kinda the crux of the story the season was built upon seemed pretty nonsensical and just overly contrived when it was finally revealed at the end.

Picard episode 1 Only just started this, but I am very much liking what I am seeing so far.

Nobody 9/10 (That was pretty killer. Heh. love how they steadily ratcheted up the intensity of this, and slowly went from an absolute zero, total run of mill Joe to total John Wick level badass.

Godzilla vs. Kong 8/10 (Lots of s'plosins and things falling apart. Check. Not too terribly ridiculous of a plot given the sheer scale of the subject matter. Check. Mega monster battles and butt kicking team ups. Check, check, check.) Mortal Kombat 9/10 (Wow. Significant upgrade over the original. Chalk this up as one of my favorite action movies of recent years.) Alexander and the terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day 8/10 Braven 6/10 Sponge Bob movie Sponge on the Run 9/10 A Quiet Place part II 8/10 (That was pretty good I guess. Felt like it was missing a little something extra somehow. Suppose I was hoping it would expand a bit more on the first movie than it did.) Little Shop of Horrors (1986 version) 10/10 (That was pure awesome. 😃 Great ending, and that dentist song is gonna be stuck in my head for weeks.)

Binge watched Star Trek Discovery season 3. I gotta say, as much as I hated the ending to season 2, I loved pretty much the entirety of season 3. Looking forward to see where they're going with season 4. Just hope the time travel stuff is really over with.

Oh, well it's a Nickelodeon show so it wouldn't be on Disney Plus, but I would think Hulu would have it.

Shadow in the Clouds 9/10 (Terror in the skies! Kind of a fairly simple idea, but this one really impressed me.) Monster Hunter 8/10 (Milla Jovovich still kicking butt after all these years. Never played the game, but adaptation made for pretty good action flick.) Raya and the Last Dragon 8/10 (Didn't quite wow me like I thought it would, but still pretty solidly entertaining.) Tom & Jerry 7/10 Scoob 7/10 Greenland 5/10 Chaos Walking 4/10 (Waste of a somewhat interesting premise.) Spark a Space Tail 3/10 Pretty in Pink 8/10 (Don't know how I went this long with never seeing this before.) Mannequin 8/10 (Another cool 80's flick I never saw before somehow.) Mannequin 2 6/10 Happy Gilmore 7/10

Fully vaxed for a little over a month now, never tested, with Moderna.
