Yeah, I agree, always thought Eren was lying there about her bloodline compelling her to do it. Case in point, Eren also saying he'd "always hated" Mikasa was also another complete blatant lie he included during that conversation. All that felt like him trying to push her/both of them away. I'd say Mikasa clearly has always loved Eren beyond just being compelled to protect him and Armin already liked Annie back in some of their interactions in S1, until he uncovered her secret, after learning the truth about her background I could totally see him visiting her crystal with or without any Bertoldt memories imo.
