Goten was basically just created to be cute and loveable(and to give Trunks a friend his own age to play with), Trunks has depth

I know only Trunks is in this ep, but the entire Briefs Family is pretty much Awesome....Goku's family is kind of a disappointment

Green Mom/Dad is Best Mom/Dad (seriously Piccolo is more of a parent to Goku's kids than Goku is because Goku is actually canonically a horrible father and a shitty person, while Piccolo genuinely loves kids and knows how to care for them)

I was under the assumption he was banned maybe he finally realized his behavior was unacceptable and decided to do some self re-evaluation
