    honestly I wouldn't mind the excess fanservice if the shows also did the same with the guys >_> the problem is just that it's always just the girls

    Tamaki literally only exists to be a fanservice character, so yes...her existence does make it a fanservice anime also, Toonami has licensed a TON of fanservice shows throughout both it's original life and it's revival, not to mention some of the shows it licenses that aren't inherently fanservice shows just happen to have a ton of Fanservice in them anyway
