several things are wrong with that statement first, Placenta is something you get from live births, not abortion, it comes out with a live Baby and the umbilical cord is attatched to it second, the Placenta used in those products is either Sheep Placenta, or Plant Placenta which is a completely different thing and has nothing to do with childbirth
