You may not want to read this next but if you like magic and fantasy, I'd throw out a recommendation for a series called Shades of Magic. It starts with A Darker Shade of Magic. It is by V.E. Schwab. I really enjoyed it. It takes place in 4 different Londons. Grey which has no magic, red which has plentiful magic, white which has magic but it is harsh and not plentiful and those that do, use it to rule those that don't and constantly usurp rulers and black London where magic went rampant and everything was destroyed. People have different abilities like the ability to control fire or water or air but a few people can do all and can control people. They are also the only ones that can go between the different realms. Overall it was a pretty entertaining series. I'd recommend checking it out some time. I actually discovered it when I started working at the library and I actually like most of her stuff I've read.

Me too. I don't usually wait this late but I was hesitant about going out to get one with COVID around but things are going to get worse so I figured I should go now before the after Thanksgiving explosion of cases. I also got a Tetanus booster sine I haven't had one in like 20 years. I get cut at work all the time on paper, cardboard and scissors so i figured I might as well since I have insurance now. The flu shot usually makes my arm sore and I was warned the tetanus one may make it more so than the flu one so I have that to look forward to. She was even like, I hope you have a good Thanksgiving and I hope your arm doesn't bother you on it.

I understand that. I've been looking for a while now but there is just nothing. I've been hoping for something internally but they have frozen hiring at all positions and externally isn't much better. Everything is just locked right now unless you are medical or in a grocery store or something. I enjoyed that 600 extra unemployment for the two weeks I got it but now I'm back to making crap. It sucks out there right now. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad I have a job at all but it still sucks out there if you are looking which you, myself and many others are.

There are shows on other channels such as FX and Disney and probably more and there will be of course on Halloween. Not a bad showing. I think TCM's schedule could be stronger. I've seen the Halloween lineup and I think the same thing for that day too but it is okay. Find what you can and enjoy.

Again in my opinion TCM is always a welcome sight on the schedule although there are some nice things elsewhere. I do know for a fact that some of the kids channels are starting to show stuff mixed in here and there. I''m sure there are other channels doing this too but I'm not checking too deep. I'm mainly going to just stick with the big ones.

I'm sure there are some other snippets here and there on others. I still didn't see much on the cartoon channels. At this point I'm about to just quit looking and give up on them. It is a week until Halloween tomorrow. This is the final stretch.

It is funny because this year Freeform and AMC are showing stuff all month long which is not the normal. However the cartoon channels are doing very little which is strange. I even heard the Great Pumpkin special won't be on ABC this year.
