  1. I might keep my beater mini fridge next to my bed for those days where I wanna dayload and not get out of bed...
  2. Mine's 63" tall... and a pile of used ones for $150-$200... yet newer 63"-ish x30"w for like $50-$100... but that would have to go in the "doorway" behind the bar at the open end... so it's a toss-up.
  3. It's poop.
  4. See, I want one with a height to clear a keg and accessories, plus a freezer on top that is only 24" wide... that way I can convert it into a kegerator with a freezer on top. But yeah, fridge compressors, especially commercial ones can be outrageous. I know how to replace one, but the cost of a compressor isn't worth it... I'll just grab another fridge.
  5. What is a Buckee's?
  6. Anything made in the last 10 years is efficient enough. he issue is, people seem to think the smaller, 24" wide fridges are worth fucking gold. I keep seeing 30" fridges with ice makers for $50-$100... I just didn't build the bar to fit one.
  7. I brought a bag home with me >
  8. REALLY, I could take out the whole wall behind the bar. It's nothing more than a divider from the storage area and furnace... and I have already thought about taking ou a section for a sink/fridge combo I found but the guy never emailed me back. Also I'm lazy... if I'm at my computer I have to walk an extra 10 feet around the bar >_> I've been checking FB Marketplace too... it's all about snagging the right candidate. I just can't believe people want $150 or more for 10-15 year old "dorm fridges", ones that are as tall as a standard apartment fridge but 6" skinnier.
  9. that's why I added it. Goes great with that orange
  10. Not really... a 16.5 cubic footer with a separate freezer (like what I had) would be ideal. Or a kegerator but that eliminates the freezer part. I do keep seeing older Kenmore side-by-side fridges for like $50-$100 with a built in ice dispenser but I really don't wanna rack up the electric bill.
  11. A hot, orange pile of shit.
  12. My current one with the bad compressor was "free" (robbed out of an old camper) but when I transported it from my beach place the compressor worked itself loose and broke a refrigerant line... I repaired it but apparently something got in the system so it only ran a few months before locking up.. A replacement compressor is $160 plus $30 for refrigerant and the work I have to put into it. Eh.
  13. I can go pick up my choice of an Electrolux or a Kelvinator 1950's working fridge with a rough exterior (no dents just old paint). The issue is, I built my bar with a standard kegerator in mind, so only 24" wide will work behind it. However, there is a doorway that is half blocked off I could slide up to a 32" fridge into and it would be a "flush-mount" setup. Plus when guests are here they don't have to walk all the way around the bar for a drink if nobody is bartending. he issue is, both of those fridges are right hand so it would be awkward because the wall is on the left. hat and, I'd have to horse a fucking 960,000 metric ton appliance into the basement.
  14. Originally, I meant to type "tonne". My finger just skipped out on the second pressing of the N key, probably because of the lack of feeling in it.
  15. Not when you're using the portable toilet down inside of the center console of a boat, and the only light in there is dim as fuck, and it's used as the net&anchor ball storage closet... |::
  16. Nah, no need for all that.. unless it's a 396. I still have the biggest sbc that came from GM, the 6.6 litre 400...
  17. Woke up for work and found out I had off... so I am having an imported breakfast from PA! Wawa coffee, John F. Martin bacon and scrapple.
  18. I sold $17,000 worth of brand new GT500 upgrades to some guy in Canada who didn't even have his new (2014 GT500) yet, and paid an extra $790 in shipping because "Eh, it's no big deal... I have to go sign off on a new 56 foot yacht next week." He paid over $17,000 on the fucking phone with me.
  19. Nah that's rants, GTFO
  20. ...I called.
  21. That is way beyond me
