I do want to share this here, At 1:10, past his introductions and promotions. Him reading the commentary from one of the people that was present at this. The news have been spinning all this to make it sound as bad as possibly can be for Vic and his case but according to this person's account of how court went puts more context into things, and seems much more fair than the way other sources (kickvicers) are reporting it.

Like I said though, things with Jamie were pretty weak. She mainly just rode the wave of all Monica and Ron were doing, while also being a gigantic idiot. She wasn't the one calling up cons and demanding they break things off with Vic. I haven't had the chance yet to look into all the things that came out today, from what I heard the defamation and conspiracy claims were the weaker part of this whole kickvic ordeal, so them nixing those parts don't really matter. Not saying that Vic is winning but I ain't saying he's lost, and I don't count this as a win for Ronica and Funi, since there's other parts to all this that are still going strong.

Honestly though, the Marchi part was pretty unnecessary since Marchi was just being a cunt, but she wasn't contributing to things nearly as much as Soye and Rial who were actively working to destroy Vics career.

take a deep breath.... and relax. also I love how kickvicers attack Ty, accusing him of being a fraud, 3rd rate lawyer, etc. when he's about as real as it gets as a lawyer. You wanna see a joke of a lawyer? look at Casey, the idiot that Soye and Monica hired. In Soye's deposition there was three times that Casey objected to a question Ty asked Soye, and it's just funny how the first time he did that, Ty just says to him "that's not how this works." During deposition a lawyer isn't allowed to object to a question made by the other judge. And then there was one question Ty asked, and Soye just looked at him and said he's not answering that, Ty taken back by that. Casey tried defending Soye, telling Ty to let it go, it obvious that Ty was losing his patience playing their games. I don't even care too much for Vic as a voice actor, and honestly not even as a person. I don't think he's guilty in this, but I don't think he's an angel, and I don't approve of his life choices. When it comes to Ty though, that dude is a legend. And for ignorant folks I see online that want to call him third rate, or in cases where I've seen people try to say he's only going after Funi for the money, the dude and his firm have represented companies and individuals worth exponentially more than Vic (accounting for the GFM money), Funi is worth around 100mil (though after they lose DBZ and they lose this case and people find out even more so how bad they are, I imagine they're gonna be downsizing), Ty has represented companies worth far more than Funi, the dude being a partner for a major law firm. And for those that are still reading this I'm hoping that if I praise Ty enough I'll grow a beard as mighty as his. Now downvote me more daddy (Top Gun, elfie, helpme)

I think because of Vic's sexual promiscuity Toye wouldn't like him to begin with, and learning that Vic and Monica did it in the past (considering the fact that Rial is open about the fact that she's a slut, and Vic gets around), considering Toye's history of controlling his spouses, he turned Monica against Vic, considering her and Vic have been friends for like 20 years, and out of nowhere she just turns on him. Her and Marchi are the slut sisters, so she was able to get her to join easily, also considering Marchi is a major feminist and liberal and inserts that into the scripts of various dubs she's worked on. Sabat being the snake in the grass that he is jumps on this since he doesn't like Vic to begin with, Schemmel follows along since he's afraid of crossing Sabat. There yall go. Downvote this top gun.
