I made chocolate mousse

It is glorious and horrible for you. Because its made of 3 sticks of softened butter, 1 bar semisweet chocolate, 3 egg yokes, and 1/4th cup powdered sugar whipped at high speed until fluffy.

 

Also I'm watching the brak show, its just like highschool only I'm 13 years older.

i always hated making mousse or lemon curd in college....but I make poor mans mousse all the time...chocolate instant pudding and lite cool whip

My recipe for it is easy, I learned it from a TA in highschool, doesn't involve cooking beyond warming the butter and melting the chocolate. The trick is that the butter has to be soft but not melted.
