Goku's role in Super **spoilers**

based on what I've seen so far and discussed with other fans who've given me spoilers this is what to expect out of Goku in super

 

he doesn't win any fights through legitimate means, but rather by cheating and lieing and taking credit for what are essentially other characters (Vegeta's) actual victories, he's basically Mr. Satan with powers in Super

such as the Vegeta vs. Golden Frieza battle, vegeta successfully wins this battle but the earth blows up, so Whis rewinds time and tells Goku to steal Vegeta's victory by delivering the killing blow to Frieza instead of Vegeta, retconning Vegeta's win out of existence, and his closure with it

 

everything else he "wins" by either forfeit or the enemy dieing due to their own incompetence

 

 

it sounds like the whole show consists of Vegeta carrying Goku's dead weight and being shat on by everyone for it

 

 

except for Bulma and Trunks...because they love him

Do you really think it matters?  Vegeta was totally pussywhipped within an arc of him first showing up in DBZ.

Well yeah, he was Frieza's bitch too.  It was really all downhill after he turned into a giant monkey.
