Yes I am just saying there is something about bunny girls that has an effect on me, and I know I'm not the only one lmao.

They were in Final Fantasy games and there's one in that Arifureta show I still need to watch.  They definitely give catgirls a run for their money too, even if they are less common and less popular.

Yes,carrot will definately pander to that crowd of people who adores bunny girl, just like Final Fantasy 12 did with Fran. One of carrots appeal to me is she's a mink. A race i find really cool in one piece. They have their own unique characteristics to them.

Cat girls are definitely more popular for sure

Also the fists up moment for Vivi was so good.

(Wow, that sounds different now that I write it. 😄)

Definite tear jerker, emotional, all time great moment in One Piece!

Yes,old school one piece. You can still feel the magic and impact of that farewell scene after drowning yourself in the time skip episodes.

No, Roger was executed in Loguetown, the island in East Blue that's located closest to the entrance to the Grand Line. Fun fact from some stuff that the Toonami run skipped past: that lovely piece of shit king in the hotel room is actually...Sabo's adopted brother. Can't pick your family, right?

Very, VERY previously on One Piece. Alabasta remains one of the all-time great arcs of the series, especially its climax. In the original anime version Luffy's final blow against Crocodile featured a spectacular music choice, Dvorak's New World Symphony. Absolutely worth a watch if you haven't seen it:

Y'know it's funny just how many times over the past several years that the Toonami run has had nigh-perfect synergy with something going on in the current broadcast episodes, and this week is no exception. Suffice it to say that even though the Reverie gets sandwiched between much longer arcs, it is an extremely big deal.

Oh ok.  So why are those royals in Loguetown and not Marijois?  Maybe it's a waypoint

I saw all the episodes, since I went on a binge-a-thon to watch the stuff we knew Toonami was gonna skip once we found out where they were starting.  I may have started from the beginning too as a refresher back then.

I've seen the earlier arcs multiple times in both 4Kids and Funi's versions.  Alabasta might still be my favorite arc, and we discussed it earlier, but I'm still salty Vivi didn't join the Straw Hats!

Now all we get are drip feed cameos of her.  I thought maybe she could join in on this upcoming arc, Marijois isn't anywhere near the Straw Hats current location or objective.  It could probably take months to sail there, but I have no clue.  It seems like characters travel the world at the speed of convenience and plot haha.

The Goa Kingdom (including Foosha Village where Luffy grew up) is located in the East Blue. Anyone traveling from there to the Grand Line has to go over Reverse Mountain, so they'd naturally stop at Loguetown before doing so.

I see I didn't miss much for lucky 777 besides a whole bunch of flashbacks and a few small expository points, like Carrot being a stowaway on the Thousand Sunny. That part was funny!
