I usually do Tuesday night yoga at 6:45 but for some reason forgot what time the class was today and came at 5:45. :| I wondered why I didn't recognize any of the people in the room and there were only like 3 people there when it's usually a pretty popular class.

 

Probably would have just stayed and pretended I meant to come all along but it was one of their premium classes or whatever and I just have a basic membership. How embarrassing.

 

At least now I can get my cardio out of the way before rather than after yoga and leave earlier.

i really need to start going regularly again or just cancel my membership because at this point, i'm just wasting money. i've just been working out at home but the downside is no equipment and sometimes i just really really want to hop on those machines.

 

if i do decide to do that, i'm going to sign up for yoga at a studio here. its only 25$ for 30 1hr sessions. its not timeline based but session based and i go there often anyways because its also got a juice and healthy lunch type place in front. i'm addicted to the lavender kombucha and some of the smoothies <3 anyways, i figure i would do better there than when i do yoga at home.

 

or maybe i could just stop being a twat, use my gym membership, and pay for the yoga. even just going once or twice a week would be worth it and i could still do it at home in between. idk.
