Progress on climate change

This is a stocktake report just released by the U.N. in the lead up to the COP28 conference in November. It shows the progress the world has made since 2010.

but, as was stated in june, gas and oil need to be at the table. this all looks good on paper.

and how much will the u.s have to pay? and where is the 'loss and damage'?
