Weird dichotomy, that. Legit its crazy, the American version would have all these dramatic cuts and yelling and sirens and shit. British version is just gordon ramsey in the kitchen, no soundtrack, just standing there calmly saying "your fucking fridge has fish with fucking fur on it. Thats fucking terrible."
