Chicken and pork are different. Man I'm always torn on that.. Just processed hamburger meat.. I keep my fridge settings to where shit doesn't thaw easily even in there and I forget a lot.. It seemed like it was still in the freezer almost with just a few soft spots.. I'm very over the top about stuff expiring or laying out though people tell me that a lot.. I freeze chicken and then decide to let it thaw in there though because you are right..
