GuyBeardmane Posted April 28, 2020 Posted April 28, 2020 I'm the only person on my contract who couldn't change over to work-from-home, so I've been on furlough/collecting unemployment until our worksite is reopened. Thing is, I'm actually making a shitload more money on unemployment than I was working 40 hour work weeks because the state thinks that my actual income wasn't enough to live on or something? Like, that's kind of a big thing to think about, why the state thinks my wage while working is fine but when it comes to being quarantined I need more income to be considered sustainable. ANYWAY I'm bored with watching things on Youtube all the time and I'm thinking I may want to sign up for a streaming site now that I'm actually making some money. I used to have Netflix but haven't in several years, so I have no idea what's on anything and what's good and why I should spend my money on any of them. So tell me why (ain't nothin' but a heartbreak)
