Customer: i want to know if i submitted everything i needed to for my claim

Me (reviews docs): it says here the injury occured a month before. It will be denied because you would have had to seek treatment within 72 hours

C:but the girl i talked to before said i had a month to file

Me:yes but you actually have to see the doctor 72 hours after the injury

(After a bunch back and forth of saying this over and over)

C:you dont know what you are talking about. I want to speak to someone who knows what they are talking about

Me: do you have your certificate? It states what im telling you on the paperwork

C:no i dont have it. Can i speak to a claims girl cuz thats not what shonda told me. She told me i had 30 days.

Me: i can have shonda call you back

C:i dont want shonda to call me

Me: ok i will have someone in management call you

C:(hangs up)

Had a patient call me today pissed because some people at the medical equipment warehouse wouldn't bust open a box of colostomy bags and sell them to her out of the package

She's just really old and bitter. She told me she hates all of us ... but unfortunately for us, no one else will take her on as a patient
