Swimmod_Luna
Well, minus $10 because I forgot to turn in my laundry card but they didn't take off for any damage or anything. I'm actually really surprised. There were like 4 tiles in the kitchen that were cracked (some of them pretty badly), two of the closet doors were broken (they were bi-fold doors that fell off the track and the stuff to keep them on broke), tape residue stuck on the windows from Christmas lights, and some other stuff that was a bit beyond just regular wear and tear. Usually it seems like places find some random shit to take money for, like my first apartment that charged me $35 for "Blinds" (what about the blinds? Hell if I know). And the apartment my parents and I lived in before our house was done that charged us for a stain in the garage that was there when we moved in which we told them was there when we moved in. That's why you do a walk through with the landlord or agent, take pictures and have the landlord/agent sign and date them, then you keep them for move out.
