PhilosipherStoned
It's not like this shit is a calculus exam I know.. but I was planning on going to the local DPS to knock out these tests for the company I'm supposed to work for, and I'm not sure I'm ready to pass all of them at least.. Especially since theres one that deals specifically with air brakes. I might have to wait on that one. Also I could have spent more time studying today, but I had family things, and military recruiters distracting me. I'm almost positive I can pass the first 2 without more study anyway. I'm a bit nervous because different trucks and vehicles have so many different lighting requirements based on their size and purpose etc.. and the practice test questions have a few tricks up their sleeve. midnight
You will have to take what, the Class B CDL test?
PhilosipherStoned
Yes.. I believe so... That's all a school bus driver needs is class b I think. But the test is broken down in portions or something.. There's a general knowlege practice test I was given that has over 200 questions... Most if not all of them are common sense though more or less. The actual tests arent that lengthy, but you know.. the practice tests are meant to cover the variations of questions I'll be asked on the real test. midnight
I'm sure you will do fine. I have seen some of the bus drivers here, and if they could pass it, you can pass it.
PhilosipherStoned
and if it's any consolation I'm thinking of signing up for 88M for the national guard which is supposed to give me the same qualifications outside the military so I can waive the tests for a class A.. The trainer here is a nice lady and all but she already told me she doesn't want to be a trainer, and I'm pretty sure she even said something like good.. "you can be the new trainer" already.. That doesn't make me feel too confident, but I'm..sure she's good behind the wheel. >_> Edited April 26, 2019 by PhilosipherStoned This keyboard needs to go; black keys with almost no backlighting
