little_girl_lost Posted February 18, 2019 Share Posted February 18, 2019 sorry to everyone who was strongly opposed to broiling it I did it yesterday, broiled it on high, it only took about 10 minutes, I made sure it was cooked to the right internal temp with a digital meat thermometer. My bf loved it, said it was juicy and flaky.
