sorry to everyone who was strongly opposed to broiling it

I did it yesterday, broiled it on high, it only took about 10 minutes, I made sure it was cooked to the right internal temp with a digital meat thermometer.

My bf loved it, said it was juicy and flaky. I made a side of butter garlic brusselsprouts.

 

sorry no pics of the finished product, he ate it too fast.
