I really need a new scale

N e way

Im in better shape than i thought and managed to do an hour of cardio and wasn't even tired

Gonna start going daily now or 6 days a week

Yah i just took a mental health day. Feel less icky now and so happy that i can really work out like i need to. I expected to last like 15 minutes before throwing in the towel.

I still dread work but look forward to the work out afterwards! 

And im not neglecting my night rituals. Like i was gonna shower in the morning and work up with zero energy to do it and it ruined my whole morning.

 

So at nite i gotta stick to my routine so if im feeling awful i can at least still make it to work.
