Mini_ghost420
I know it's a "good" thing to do like my grandma used to watch Price Is Right so I know about Bob Barker's obsession with it. but I'm not really comfortable with it. I don't like the idea of her being cut open. I don't like the idea of her genital mutilation I rather just deal with her being in heat. and I'm also afraid how mad she'll get. I once accidentally stepped on her and and she stayed mad at for a month over that. but they say it's better for her health and she'll live longer so there's that
midnight
3 out of 4 of our cats have been spayed or neutered. The new kitty hasn't been fixed yet, but he will be soon. Honestly, our cats became more chill after they got fixed. They will get fat though. At least ours did. All but one. The female remained skinny. Disco and I recommend getting them spayed or neutered. All of that tension they have will go away.

Get her spayed, then give her some catnip. She will love you more. Or slip a tiny bud in her cat treat. She will purr in your lap for hours. fuggstop
I completely understand. I made the appointment and everything for my male cat Bandit and couldn't go thru with it. I wish i had cuz i moved with my mom and she scared him which made him mark his territory all over. Funny story...she put a stuffed wolf at the entrance to the living room to scare him from going into the living room at night (why she just didnt close the door? I dont know) Anyway when she woke up the next morning she said the wolf was full of cat pee lolol i loved that cat But my point is..she might be temporarily mad but itll make life better for her
Mini_ghost420
why would your mom even do that? she should know better... and I think if I get catnip it will help with her being mad
