A/C only worked halfway and then it died right in the middle of July. They fixed it twice and it still broke. Keep airflow to every room so rooms aren't heated unevenly b/c the thermostat doesn't know what's going on behind a closed door Really it's more an issue of having needed new weatherstripping on the front and back doors for the past five years.
